Schuberts Toyota 1F7 Silver Metallic 4LT – Premixed

Schuberts Reducer/Thinners 5LT – This thinner is suitable for most two pack Polyurethane Products. It promotes high gloss and good leveling. Can be used in 2K Basecoats, 2K Clear. Coats and 2k Primers.

Toyota 4lt of 1F7 Silver Metallic Basecoat. Pre-mixed.

New lighter formula/variant.

Suitable for most Toyota colours with colour code 1F7.

Substrate Preparation

•        All surfaces must be thoroughly sanded and cleaned with Wax and Grease prior to application.

Product Preparation

•        Weigh the tinters into the required base in accordance with the relevant colour formula.

•        Stir or shake for 10 minutes minimum.

•        Never leave the mixture stand for more than 30 minutes before mixing.

•        Check the colour match before application.

Reducer

•        80-100% (v/v) of Schubert’s Reducer

•        To activate, 5% Schubert’s Universal (MS) Hardener can be added to the Schubert’s Basecoat, before thinning, if required.

•        N/A

Spray viscosity @ 25°C (77°F)

•        BSB 4 Cup 17-18 s

•        Ford 4 Cup 15-16 s

•        2-3 Coats

Flash Off Time

•        5-10 Minutes between coats

Drying Air Drying

30-40 Min @ 25°C (77°F)
