Refunds and Returns
Returns and Refunds are accepted only within 7 days of purchase. Subject to conditions met below.
*** STRICKLY NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM MIXED PAINT & SPRAY GUNS ***
1. All cancellations will attract a $10 cancellation processing fee.
2. All goods remain the property of Spectra Automotive Paints until paid for in full.
3. All returns MUST BE APPROVED prior to being sent back.
4. Please contact us at sales@spectrapaints.com.au and provide your Order number and the reason for your return
5. All items which are returned must be in their original condition and must be unused and unopened.
Return requests for items which do not meet this condition will not be accepted.
Please note: All toners (Standox, Duxone, Syrox) must be returned for CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of purchase/invoice date.
6. All returns which are sent back due to change of mind, incorrect address or failure to pick up from Post Office and failed deliveries will incur a 20% processing and restocking fee.
Once your request has been received it will be processed and you will be notified of the outcome of your request. Please note that returns which are a change of mind must be paid for by the buyer.
7. Refunds will be processed in the same payment method which was used at the time the order was made. Please note that once the refund is made any delays which may arise will be due to your financial institution. Please check with your financial institution if you have not received your funds within 3-5 business days.
